Move over Avocado Toast for my Tomato Goat cheese and Peaches Toast. It’s like summer exploding in your mouth. What’s better than a summer peach that is so ripe and sweet you can almost drink it in and a tomato perfectly ripened by the warm summer sun. Summer is the time to find your local farmers market for some of your favorite seasonal produce and come home and be creative, don’t be afraid to add or delete something you like or dislike.
INGREDIENTS
Slice of your favorite bread, toasted
Goat cheese or your choice of soft cheese
Rip tomato sliced
Ripe peaches sliced
Extra - virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Honey
PREPARATION
Drizzle Olive oil on bread toast on griddle sprinkled with kosher salt. Spread cheese, layer tomatoes and peaches on top. Drizzle with honey.
